Privacy Policy
How SPYspy and Next Vector Systems handle information.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Next Vector Systems (“Next Vector,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the SPYspy mobile application and related support services.
2. Information stored on your device
SPYspy may store gameplay information locally on your device, such as completed levels, unlocked content, settings, scores, rank progress, and audio preferences. This information is used to operate the game and restore your progress.
Next Vector Systems does not currently maintain a SPYspy user-account system or cloud leaderboard. Local gameplay information generally remains on your device unless your operating system, device backup provider, or another service copies it as part of a device backup.
3. Advertising and third-party data
SPYspy uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically receive information such as device or app identifiers, IP address, general device information, diagnostic information, advertising interactions, and information used for fraud prevention, frequency capping, measurement, or advertising.
Google’s collection and use of information is governed by Google’s own policies and consent requirements. Availability of personalized advertising may depend on your region, device settings, age eligibility, and consent choices.
4. Information you send to us
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device type, screenshots, and a description of the issue. We use that information to answer your request, diagnose problems, and improve the app.
5. Information we do not request
SPYspy does not ask for or connect to your brokerage account, bank account, payment-card account, or trading credentials. SPYspy does not execute securities transactions.
6. How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve SPYspy.
- Save local gameplay progress and preferences.
- Display and measure advertisements.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and technical problems.
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app, including Google AdMob. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer.
8. Data retention and deletion
Local SPYspy gameplay data can generally be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Information held by Google or another third party is governed by that party’s retention and deletion tools.
Support correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete support information by emailing support@nextvectorsystems.com.
9. Children’s privacy
SPYspy is not designed or marketed specifically for children under 13. We do not knowingly operate a child account system or knowingly request personal information from children through SPYspy. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information may contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission, storage, or security is guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. International use
If you use SPYspy outside the United States, information processed by third-party providers may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, subject to those providers’ safeguards and applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, our service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
